Biography

A native of Indiana, Michael graduated from Ball State University in 2006 with a degree in Environmental Design.  He then started working as an installer at INCAA and eventually a field trainer.  After moving to Central Virginia, Michael Worked at a CAP agency as an auditor and then as a weatherization contractor.  Michael taught classes in duct design and maintenance as well as energy auditing through the Virginia Community College System.  Michael holds several certifications in both weatherization and private sector energy conservation

Michael is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified Building Analyst, BPI Certified Quality Control Inspector and BPI Proctor.
